Teilnahmebedingungen Instagram Gewinnspiel

Mit der Teilnahme an dem Instagram Gewinnspiel akzeptiert der/die TeilnehmerIn die folgenden Bedingungen.

1. Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist Sven Serkis.

2. Teilnehmen dürfen alle natürlichen Personen. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt über das Liken des Gewinnspiel-Posts auf dem Instagram-Profil @svenserkis & Folgen des Instragram-Profils von @svenserkis. Der Postweg ist ausgeschlossen. Wir behalten uns vor, Teilnehmer, die über ein Instagram-Fake-Profil am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, auszuschließen. Einsendungen über Gewinnspieldienste bzw. durch Programme/Scripte nehmen nicht am Gewinnspiel teil. 

3. Der Gewinn beinhaltet eins von drei Postkarten-Sets der Serie N1 mit 5 Motiven.

4. Eine Teilnahme an unserem Gewinnspiel ist unabhängig von einer Bestellung. Eine gleichzeitige Bestellung beeinflusst nicht Ihre Gewinnchance.

5. Teilnahmeschluss ist der 24.11.2019 23:59 MEZ.

6. Der Gewinner wird durch Losentscheid ermittelt und anschließend per Direktnachricht über Instagram benachrichtigt. Die Gewinner erklären sich einverstanden, am Ende der Aktion mit Namen auf der Instagram-Seite bzw. in einer Story genannt zu werden.

7. Sollte sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 3 Tagen auf die Gewinnbenachrichtigung gemeldet haben, behält sich Sven Serkis das Recht vor Ersatzgewinner auszulosen. In einem solchen Fall entfällt der Anspruch der ursprünglichen Gewinner auf den Gewinn.

8. Sven Serkis behält sich das Recht vor, diese Teilnahmebedingungen auch unangekündigt zu ändern.

9. Eine Speicherung der Daten oder Weitergabe an Dritte findet nicht statt. 

10. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Instagram steht nicht als Ansprechpartner für Tippspiele und Gewinnspiele zur Verfügung.

11. Alle Teilnehmer erkennen diese Bedingungen an. Der Rechtsweg sowie eine Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist ausgeschlossen.

12. Versandkostenfreie Zustellung des Gewinns weltweit!

Rules and Regulations for participating in the Instagram contest 

The participant accepts the following rules and regulations to take part in the Instagram contest.

1. Organiser of the contest is Sven Serkis. 

2. All natural persons are allowed to participate To participate, you have to comment on the contest picture on the Instagram account of @svenserkis & follow the Instagram account of @svenserkis. A participation by mail is excluded. We reserve the right to dismiss Instagram fake accounts from the contest. A transmission via contest services or programs/scripts is not allowed.

 3. The prize is one of three postcard sets of the N1 series consisting of five postcards.

4. A participation on the contest is not linked to an order. Placing an order does not influence one’s chances to win. 

5. The contest ends on November 24th, 2019  at 23:59 MEZ.

6. The winner will be selected by draft and contacted via direct message on Instagram. The winner agrees, that his/her name will be published on the Instagram account of Sven Serkis.

7. If the winner has not replied after 3 days of notice, Sven Serkis reserves the right to draw another winner. In this case the right on the prize expires for the previous winner.

8. Sven Serkis reserves the right to change to rules and regulations of participation. 

9. It is not intended to collect & save data or to pass them on to third parties.

10. Instagram is not connected in anyway with or sponsoring, supporting or organizing the contest. Instagram is no contact person for the contest. 

11. All participants acknowledge the rules and regulations of this contest. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded. An equal payment in cash is not permitted.
